Nemesio Bolaños (Chile) has been promoted to Level 3 at Grand Prix Santiago. His Regional Coordinator Adrian Estoup
wrote a few words for him:
GP Santiago 2015 will be remembered by all the Latin American community as the day when Chile promoted it’s first L3. Nemesio Bolaños, from the desert of Arica, started working in tournaments as a quiet member of the community, but during the last years he became a fundamental member of any Latin American GP.
But Neme is not only a judge active at tournaments, his most important contribution to the program was the leadership of north of Chile, Bolivia and south of Peru. You can see how important is Nemesio in that area when you receive request from other judges to change the name of this region to Nemeria!
