Welcome back to the Magic Judge Hall of Fame. As a reminder, in 2015 we are doing some special votes, catching up with the first decade of Magic Judges and inducting the first groups of judges from among them.
This vote is the 2nd such catchup ballot – the first lead to the induction of David Vogin, John Carter
, and James Lee
. This ballot covers all judges originally certified in 2001 or earlier.
This is a long list, and to help with that, you can check out the Class of 2011 ballot page. This page will be updated throughout the voting window with bios. If you want to submit a short bio for yourself, or for any other candidate you feel qualified to write one for, you can do that by emailing bios coordinator John Shannon at johnd.shannon@gmail.com.
As a reminder, the following persons are eligible to vote:
– Anyone that was ever Level 3+
– Anyone that ever served as the Judge Manager
– Members of the Magic Pro Tour Hall of Fame
To submit your ballot, email up to five names to judgehalloffame@gmail.com. You have until midnight Pacific time on Monday 21st September to submit your ballot.
In the meantime, by all means share discussion about the judges from this round that inspired you and drove you, on social media using #mtgjhof or on the Magic Judge Hall of Fame JudgeApps forum. If you’re not a current judge you can still get an account for those forums to post and read others’ stories.
