Rest in Peace will exile itself when it gets destroyed.

Rest in Peace: Really annoying card against graveyard-based strategies… but it can still be destroyed. You might be interested to know where it ends up, though. At the time the Rest in Peace would be destroyed, its effect is still applying, so it’ll be exiled by its own ability rather than go to the graveyard.

Thankfully, this same effect won’t apply to your enchantment destruction spell. The final step of resolving a spell is to put it in its owner’s graveyard, and at the time this happens, Rest in Peace is no longer on the battlefield, so its effect can no longer apply. This means, for example, that if you cast a Ray of Revelation from your hand to destroy Rest in Peace, you’ll be able to flash it back later. (Perhaps to destroy another Rest in Peace.)
