Some judges have expressed uncertainties and concerns in various areas of the judge program regarding this arrangement. This change creates doubts and new risks, but it also gives us the opportunity as well.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Among the concerns raised are coming from dedicated and experienced tiers, and we must hear their voices. We listen carefully and continue as long as necessary. If you want to tell us how you feel about this change and have a direct conversation with us, you <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">can send a mail <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">here <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">as a group. (Mail-the-pcs@gmail.com)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Meanwhile, we met with representatives of CFBE and established that both parties need cooperative relationship. CFBE shows the goal, and we do not agree with the goal of the judge program (we have never expressed it clearly, but let&#8217;s accept its existence), but there are many things in common.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The judge program is based on core value (proposal: core value) such as service, integrity, community, history, reliability. These are all the events we manage. It will not change. It is the same as CFBE and other organizers and Magic Community Judges all over the world.<br \/>\nCFBE also appreciates these qualities very much.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The judge program strives to create an environment that meets the needs of players, our needs, and the needs of CFBE (of the Grand Prix).<br \/>\nCFBE also indicated that it aims to respond to the needs of players and continues to build a lasting relationship with the judge program.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Some of the skilled judges, among other programs, are indispensable for CFBE. They have a thorough understanding of the judge program, the necessity and the potential risk therein.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Well, that generally has lots of loyal words. In order to make these more realistic, we need to take some concrete actions. Here are some conclusions from the conference held between Level 3 and CFBE representatives (during the Barcelona, \u200b\u200bNew Jersey, Shizuoka period). As this relationship develops, more action will be needed.
