Many of you are giving their time and energy to make it better, and it is an important task to organize it all.

A few months ago we circulated a study on current projects. Let us begin by thanking the hundred people who took the time to let us know the various participations in the program. We took this information and divided it into broad categories that are of particular importance in the arbitration program. Then we asked an eminent leader in each category if he wanted to assume responsibility for that part of the program. They will be empowered in their sphere to make broad strategic policy decisions, facilitate participation and involvement, assist projects in difficulty and recognize great contributions.

After many debates, we decided to call this sphere. We know that the name comes with a particular background, but we also realize that it is the name that can spontaneously spill. They are not traditional spheres because they were built from the opposite direction. Rather than taking a person and then finding him a field of choice, we have identified what to do and chose the right people to perform it. Leaders will be reviewed periodically to ensure that things are working properly.

Obviously, it is impossible to integrate everything into some general elements. Some projects will require cooperation between several spheres. Some projects are not in a particular area, and the program coordinators will deal directly with them. But this group will be your main point of contact for many of the day-to-day functions of the arbitration program. Do not hesitate to contact them with a great idea, an offer of help or a request for assistance.

Conferences: Damian Hiller [/ judge]

Education: Ben McDole [/ judge]

Exemplary program: Bryan Prillaman [/ judge]

Grand Prix Operations: Kevin Desprez [/ judge]

Arbitrary conduct: Johanna Virtanen [/ judge]

Level 1 and Level 2: Alfonso Bueno [/ judge]

Process for level 3: Daniel Kitachewsky [/ judge]

Investigations of the players: Johanna Virtanen [/ judge]

Social Media and Internet Platforms: David de la Iglesia [/ judge]

Technology: Jason Lemahieu [/ judge]

Tournament Rules: Toby Elliott [/ judge]

Translations: Juan del Compare [/ judge]

There is much to be done in the arbitration program.
