In this wave, we will continue to feature some highlights of the Exemplar nominations received by judges in our region.<\/p>\n

He certified for L2 in February 2015 and soon after started travelling to judge, which included WMCQs in Lithuania and Latvia as well as MKM Madrid. In 2016 he shifted into higher gear and now he’s judging and travelling more than ever!<\/p>\n Giorgos Trichopoulos<\/a> “The judge program will not be the same without exchanging views and mentorship. Riccardo with your travelling to Lithuania and Latvia you will open the mind of other judges who will seek opportunities like yours, increasing the numbers or the quality of judges at the same time. Congrats on achieving bronze metal on travelling.”<\/em>[\/cets_callout_box]<\/p>\n Nenad Cizmic<\/a> “Riccardo, you have come a long way in a short time. It seems that you have developed a couple of clones as I see you everywhere and at all tournaments. Your work is truly awesome and your knowledge grew exponentially. Keep it up.”<\/em>[\/cets_callout_box]<\/p>\n Carlos Fernandez<\/a> “Few times I’ve had such a nightmare of a tournament like the MKM, but this time, despite the horrible situation, you were an outstanding support. Aside the really good ideas and feedback you gave, showing great anticipation and consciousness of the tournament needs, you stood out under high pressure and did a job far better than what could be expected under such circumstances.”<\/em>[\/cets_callout_box]<\/p>\n Aruna Prem Bianzino<\/a> “Riccardo, your exemplar analysis skills provided useful elements and focused our team on key aspects to be analysed, both during and after the event we judged together. This was true for what concerns rule\/policy cases (like the past in flame deck check, both during and after the investigation, and for what concerns the organization and management of the event (like break scheduling). Every time you had a clear and global view of the topic, with a reasoned opinion, and were able to clearly show the logic behind your opinion, while honestly placing it in play, at the same time. You apply the same kind of deep and structured analysis to the judge program and it has been really interesting to discuss with you about it after the event, thank you!”<\/em>[\/cets_callout_box]<\/p>\n
