Hello all,<\/p>\n

Since we had a long blog post last week, I’ll be brief here. Wave 5 Nominations are posted and available on Judgeapps! Log in and see all the awesome things your fellow judges are doing. Each wave we see an increase in the quantity of quality nominations, and Wave 5 is no exception!<\/p>\n

As a reminder, if you received a nomination, you will receive an email with instructions for the next step within the next two days. Additionally, if you had one or more nominations deferred<\/a>, you will get a notification email, and your slot will appear in Judgeapps in early August.<\/p>\n

Finally, I want to say a big ‘Thank You’ to the Exemplar Teams. While I tend to be the “face” of the program, I don’t do this alone. There are over 30 members across 2 teams, all across the globe. There are thousands of nominations to read and translate and discuss and disposition, data to crawl through and metrics to be collected and trends to be analysed, articles to write, double spacing at the beginning of each sentence in blog posts to correct, suggest process improvements and many other tasks. These judges do it all. Some parts of the process are fun, but others, not so much, but it still gets done. We have come a long way from just a year ago, when waves were taking 6 months between a wave end and foils being mailed out, and we continue to reflect, iterate and improve.<\/p>\n
