- What challenges have you faced or are you facing to become a better judge?: Having exchange of views with other judges is really important to get better, but unfortunately in most tournaments I’m on my own, so I sometimes have a hard time understanding where I can improve
- How have you worked to overcome those challenges?: Whenever I judge with someone else I ask them to tell me what I could’ve done better

- What are you hoping to learn at this event?: I have still a lot of things to learn and this event will be a jump into knowledge

- What challenges have you faced or are you facing to become a better judge?: Anxiety for wrong ruling
- How have you worked to overcome those challenges?: RTFC. I started getting one minute more to analyze the context in more relaxed way and I explain to players all the rulings involved, so I repeat to my self as validation.
