- Why did you become a judge?: I always liked the complexity behind Magic, and I honestly think that I could really help the game and the judges community
- What excites you most about this event?: Well, it’s my first MF/GP, so I guess the whole experience!
- What worries you most about this event?: Aside the fact that it’s occurring during my college semester, I’m little concerned about my biggest flaw as judge: my lack of confidence. But it’s something I’ve been working on for sometime now.
- What are you hoping to learn at this event?: Mainly, how to work on a really big event, with lots of other judges and parallel events and so.
- Who are your mentors?: I think that I can say Pedro Mathies Vilela, Caue Hattori and Bruna Chiochetta
- What challenges have you faced or are you facing to become a better judge?: Without doubt: confidence in my knowledge, my rulings and my… “guts”?
- How have you worked to overcome those challenges?: I really try to talk to other judges and try to be more engaged in bigger events and conferences. Talking with other judge friends really helps.
- What is the best part about your local Magic community?: They REALLY love everything about Magic. And that just brings everyone together.
- What is your favorite Magic memory?: My first 1st place in my LGS FNM =]
