If this list looks familiar, there’s a good reason for that. The skills required to be a sucessful L3 are very similar to those needed to thrive as an L2. In a lot of ways, they’re really the same set of skills, just refined to a higher level. As you get more experienced, the standards you set for yourself will naturally increase and drive further improvement.
