You did an excellent job managing the front of the room during a very hectic two days of scorekeeping and we had very few (if any) issues from WER across the event and those we did were handled swiftly by you. Keep up the great work!\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cMike, I am really impressed at how you are taking on new challenges like when you requested to lead sides at a SCG Open. You&#8217;ve taken them head on and learned from them and taken the time to share the information with others. You used this experience to write a tournament report to help others learn. This is a credit to your commitment to your development as well as your commitment to helping others improve.
