Marcos Sanchez<\/a><\/span><\/span> is a Level 2 Judge from Fort Wayne, Indiana. His recognitions this wave focus primarily his community focus and contributions to customer service project. Here is what Judges had to say about Marcos\u2019 efforts:<\/span><\/p>\n

\"Seize\"<\/a>\u201cMarcos, you’ve impressed me time and again with your initiative and community focus. Your article on diplomacy, your and Patrick’s recording and distributing judge seminars, and your work in the player experience sphere show a genuine desire to learn as much as you can about judging and then share that with others. You’ve already learned a lot, and you have a lot to continue to offer the community.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

\u201cMarcos – your energy and momentum got the IPG for Players project back into gear out of nowhere. This was a really impressive and valuable contribution and I think the project is a very interesting one. I look forward to working with you on making it a success.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

\u201cMarcos: I wish to commend you for how you brought your work for the Community Sphere back to our local community and took the lead in surveying players at local prereleases — exemplary!\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

\u201cMarcos did an awesome job on the BFZ Prerelease Guide we produced as part of the Customer Service project, and has been very active and engaged both in the project, and in the Midwest judge community. He even presented on delivering rulings at the Madison Judge Conference!\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Here\u2019s what Patrick Nelson<\/a><\/span><\/span>, an Area Captain, had to say:<\/span><\/p>\n

Marcos is an all-star in the judging community. I was a part of the original IPG for Players project, and wanted to apply myself to it, however it went dark shortly after. When Marcos mentioned to me that he wanted to revive the project, I was all for it. With how he would rebuild it from the ground up, I had no doubt he would make it into something great. And it has. His leadership in the project has been phenomenal with weekly updates, making sure we are progressing steadily towards a deliverable document, keeping the flame burning hot.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n
