Note: Deadlines are at 11:59 PM, UTC-12, also known as “Anywhere on Earth”, unless a time and timezone is specified. “Anywhere on Earth” means that the window closes only when that date has passed in every timezone on Earth.

Because business at our Annual Meetings is subject to Rules of Order and Standing Rules, these deadlines and procedures are subject to change. We are beginning this process now because we want to get candidates and their platforms in front of the voters with plenty of time for Q&A, scrutiny, and for voters to make their decisions.

UPDATE: This year, we had exactly one nomination per position. Therefore, all nominees have been “elected by acclamation”, and no voting will need to take place. The schedule has been altered to reflect this.

  • Nominations: August 6th – August 20th, 2026
  • Q&A: August 21st – September 18th, 2026
  • Final Answers and Closing Statements: September 19th – September 25th, 2026
  • Record Date / Final Voter List: September 12th, 2026
  • Voting: September 12th – September 26th, 2026 (voting ends a half hour after the scheduled start time of the Annual Meeting)
  • Annual Meeting: September 26th

Each candidate’s name will become a link to their nomination statement and questions once the candidate submits their answers to the Election Committee.
