Academy Ruins also provides the ability to search these changes for a specific rule, and hosts older versions of the CR, the MTR, and the IPG.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.magicjudges.org\/telliott\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Policy Perspectives<\/a>: Toby Elliott, primary author of the MTR and the IPG, explains updates made to these documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/scryfall.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Scryfall<\/a>: A searchable Oracle card reference. Scryfall\u2019s search features are much more powerful than Gatherer\u2019s, and it contains cards not found on Gatherer.
