We have a lot of awesome judges in the Europe-North region. We searched through Wave 14 of the Exemplar-program and found some recognitions that we want to highlight.

Gilbert, in our L2 Mentoring Project in our Region, you are THE person that makes sure we are getting new material in and that it is up to our high standards. Right now you have reinvented our whole system of creating content, written most of it yourself and proofread the rest. While we will always need someone to mentor our future judges, there is no teaching without material to teach with. Without you, there would be no material, no need for mentors and no project. Thank you for making this work for the rest of us!
As you may have noticed, the Europe North region has a project to help L1 judges prepare for their L2 exam. Gilbert has done a tremendous job in making material available in the project. Great work Gilbert!

I want to recognize the great work you did at your first GP as a judge. Working (too) long hours both Saturday and Sunday, tirelessly being a welcoming, helpful and efficient presence for everyone who came to the Checkin-booth. I know better than most how your illness can completely drain you of energy after a long day, which makes your efforts all the more commendable.
If you’ve ever worked at a GP before, you know how tiring it can be at the end of your shift. Especially so when you are ill. Great job in keeping customers happy Lars Martin!

The work you’ve put in towards the Malmö Charity Events is something truly exemplary. Even before you were certified you took honor in building the local community and making it feel like a more welcome and understanding place, and when I judge events with you I always feel appriciated, seen, and not to forget entertained. You are a true sun in this community, and I’m eager to be further inspired and to see you keep making everything even more awesome for all of us!
Having a safe and including play-space for everyone involved (including judges) is very important, and by this recognition it seems that Alexander is doing a perfect job! Keep it ut Alexander!
