This month we have two important things to echo out to the Northeast Judges:<\/p>\n
#1: The Wave 3\u00a0of Exemplar Recognitions are due on August 31st at 7:59PM! Yes, that’s a weird time. Make sure you get them in! For more information on Wave 3, check out Bryan Prillaman’s post discussing it<\/a>.<\/p>\n #2: Remember everyone asking you about that “new mulligan rule”? Sick of saying “no, it’s not official yet?” Well, you’re in luck! Starting with Battle for Zendikar, what is being called the “Vancouver Mulligan” rule will be put into effect! Which means that at the prerelease, anyone who takes a mulligan will get to Scry 1 for free!
