With Shadows Over Innistrad prerelease coming up this weekend, be sure to check out the <a href=\"http:\/\/magic.wizards.com\/en\/articles\/archive\/feature\/shadows-over-innistrad-release-notes-2016-03-30\">release notes<\/a> and also the <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.magicjudges.org\/2hg\/shadows-over-innistrad-two-headed-giant-release-notes\/\">two-headed giant release notes<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Keep your eyes open for two important things happening early in April.  First we should have a policy update on <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.magicjudges.org\/telliott\/\">Toby Elliott&#8217;s blog<\/a> coming out next week.  I have heard that there is something changing with Hidden Card Error in it.  On top of that there is a Banned &amp; Restricted List Update that will be posted on 4\/4 where we can probably expect some changes to happen<\/li>\n<li>Wave 4 Exemplar nominations went live at the tail end of the month!
