Welcome to another dispatch from the Customer Service project.<\/p>\n

Our goal is to make our interactions with players more positive, and bring a focus on how the players experience our events.<\/p>\n

For Battle for Zendikar we wrote an\u00a0article you should check out about how to improve the prerelease experience and gather feedback<\/a>. \u00a0As part of that article we produced some printed guides to help out your prerelease, an announcement helper and a postable leaflet that players can refer to.<\/p>\n
