Welcome to another dispatch from the Customer Service project.<\/p>\n

Our goal is to make our interactions with players more positive, and bring a focus on how the players experience our events.<\/p>\n

For Battle for Zendikar and Oath of the Gatewatch we produced some announcement helpers and leaflets, and we are back with another set.<\/p>\n

For the Shadows over Innistrad prerelease, our focus is on rules – this is the most complicated set rules-wise in quite some time, and it \u00a0has a lot of things your players are going to have questions about. \u00a0We have answers!<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
