At that same time the normal yearly rotation for standard and extended also took place.<\/p>\n<p>Cards from the following sets are now legal in Standard:<\/p>\n<p>Scars of Mirodin<br \/>\nMirrodin Besieged<br \/>\nNew Phyrexia<br \/>\nMagic 2012<br \/>\nInnistrad<\/p>\n<p>All of Zendikar Block (Zendikar, Worldwake, and Rise of the Eldrazi) as well as Magic 2011 rotated out of standard.<\/p>\n<p>The following sets are in the currently in extended:<\/p>\n<p>Shards of Alara<br \/>\nConflux<br \/>\nAlara Reborn<br \/>\nZendikar<br \/>\nWorldwake<br \/>\nRise of the Eldrazi<br \/>\nScars of Mirrodin<br \/>\nMirrodin Besieged<br \/>\nNew Phyrexia<br \/>\nInnistrad<br \/>\nMagic 2010<br \/>\nMagic 2011<br \/>\nMagic 2012<\/p>\n<p>As always, any version of a card is legal as long as a version of a card appears in a legal set.  For example, a copy of <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.magicjudges.org\/rulestips\/wp-content\/plugins\/lems-mtg-helper\/lems-mtg-helper-cardfinder.php?find=Ancient+Grudge&width=223&height=310\" class=\"jTip\" name=\"\">Ancient Grudge<\/a> from Time Spiral can be played in standard and extended as that card has been reprinted in Innistrad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As of last this past weekend, Innistrad is now legal in all constructed formats.
