If he or she chooses to reveal it, a couple things happen. Both the miracle ability and Consecrated Sphinx&#8217;s ability trigger, and they&#8217;re put on the stack in active player\/nonactive player order (meaning the nonactive player&#8217;s ability goes on the stack last, so it&#8217;s on the top and resolves first). <\/p>\n<p>If it&#8217;s your opponent&#8217;s turn, you&#8217;ll get to draw two cards off the Sphinx before your opponent&#8217;s miracle trigger resolves and allows him or her to cast the spell &#8212; good news for you if one of the two drawn cards is a counterspell! <\/p>\n<p>However, if your opponent drew the miracle card on your own turn, such as by casting <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.magicjudges.org\/rulestips\/wp-content\/plugins\/lems-mtg-helper\/lems-mtg-helper-cardfinder.php?find=Think+Twice&width=223&height=310\" class=\"jTip\" name=\"\">Think Twice<\/a>, the miracle trigger will resolve first, your opponent has the chance to cast and resolve the miracle spell, then the Sphinx will draw you some cards (which may look a little funny if the miracle in question was <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.magicjudges.org\/rulestips\/wp-content\/plugins\/lems-mtg-helper\/lems-mtg-helper-cardfinder.php?find=Terminus&width=223&height=310\" class=\"jTip\" name=\"\">Terminus<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Today&#8217;s Rules Tip written by<br \/>\nJen Wong, Level 1 judge from Irvine, CA<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What happens when your opponent draws a card with miracle while control a ?
