There’s a new update to the MTR and IPG, but I’m not going to go into it, since the only policy change is to note that Disguise and Morph are basically the same thing as far as policy is concerned. This should not be surprising.

I’m trying to get another tweak in to make it slightly clearer that a Morph/Disguise returned to hand without revealing is not a candidate for HCE upgrade (they do reveal their hand, though). The current wording is ambiguous there, so take that interpretation as policy and I’ll see about making it better.
