Hello judges!

 

The Program Coordinators have put together a survey about judge income and compensation. We’re interested in finding out how many judges are “full-time” judges and get most of their income from events or other judging-related activities. We’re also interested in how satisfied judges are with large event compensation in general.

The survey is anonymous. It includes questions about your expenses for the last big event you did (travel and accommodation), so we recommend that you take the survey when you have easy access to such information. It is targeted at judges who have done at least one MagicFest or other big event in the past 12 months. If that doesn’t apply to you, the rest of the survey may not be very relevant for you.

We’ll publish an analysis of the results, but the full results of the survey will not be shared with any tournament organizers or other organizations.
