  • Why did you become a judge?: Magic is part of my life. Becoming a judge would help me to do or see some different form other players and help me learn more about Magic rules which I never know before. I try to share these knowledge with my friends and help them play better.
  • What excites you most about this event?: This is my first GP (as a judge). Everything is exciting.
  • What worries you most about this event?: This is also my first time to work with so many people from other countries. I’m not sure my English well enough to know everything you say.
  • What are you hoping to learn at this event?: This is my first time in Paper team. I try to learn what should I do in this team and do my best.
  • Who is your mentor?: L2 judge Chih-hao Tseng
  • What challenges have you faced or are you facing to become a better judge?: After the end of GPT, L1 lost lots of chance to judge. It is really a nightmare.
  • How have you worked to overcome those challenges?: I try to connect with other L2 judges and ask them if I can be a floor judge and work with them at PPTQ (sometimes without charge). I learn much experience from them and know how to make a event better.
  • What is the best part about your local Magic community?: Everyone is friendly
  • What is your favorite Magic memory?: I gave up a chance to join group dating, then won a PPTQ
