The New Class

For the first time since the creation of this certification, there are no new GPHJs joining the group this wave.
We knew this situation could eventually be coming considering there are fewer and fewer opportunities to run larger events outside of… Grand Prix themselves. Those non-GP larger events used to be enlightening training grounds for judges.

 

Renewing GPHJs

First, we’d like to thank Jared Sylva for his commitment to running Grand Prix for years. Jared’s life has become too busy and as such he did not feel he would be able to keep contributing to the full extent of the standards he has and chose to not renew his certification.

We’re very happy to say that the following GPHJs successfully renewed:
