The 2024 Annual Meeting has just ended! This report will include the results of each vote which took place at the Annual Meeting. A future report will discuss the election cycle in more detail, including what worked, what didn’t, and recommendations for next time.

Voting Report
The Elections Committee received ballots from 210 Judge Foundry members, 33% of Judge Foundry’s 627 total eligible voting members.
Voting Audit Report
We did not identify any voting anomalies requiring investigation. We did not need to take any auditable actions during the voting. The election results and audit reports are available from ElectionBuddy at the following URL:

Voter Report
The following report shows the list of voters from whom we received ballots. It allows members to confirm that each voter appears on the official voter list, which was previously furnished via JudgeApps forum. For privacy reasons, this report is only available to Judge Foundry members in the following JudgeApps Forum Thread:
There is also a Voter Audit, which contains no personal information, but which does allow you to cross-reference the confirmation code that was emailed to you. This is also available from the results page.
Ballot Report
The following report shows each anonymized ballot. They are presented in a random order and cannot be connected to any identifying information. This allows members to confirm that the ballots were counted correctly.
NOTE: This file does NOT follow the same numbering convention as the ballot. On the ballot, you ranked your most preferred candidate as a 1, for first place. In this file, that is reversed. We apologize for any confusion; this is the format used by our election provider.
Other Business
Various other motions also passed at the annual meeting:
- A Quorum Call and Test Vote received 93 ballots. In a close rate, Legendary was deemed our members’ favorite Supertype.
- The Rules of the Meeting were adopted 41-1 with 2 abstentions.
- The Agenda of the Meeting was adopted 42-0 with 2 abstentions.
- Standing Rules were adopted 35-2 with 4 abstentions.
- Election Rules were adopted 36-1 with 4 abstentions.
- Bylaws Amendment 1: Affiliate Members was adopted 35-2 with 3 abstentions.
- Bylaws Amendment 2: No Write-In Votes was adopted 31-1 with 2 abstentions.
- Bylaws Amendment 3: Election Committee was adopted 32-2 with 2 abstentions.
- Bylaws Amendment 4: Board Vacancies was adopted 32-1 with 0 abstentions.
- A Motion concerning a Committee Regarding Interactions with Other TCGs was adopted 22-4 with 3 abstentions.
Please note that these are the final vote totals, but not the final adopted text. Some motions were amended in the meeting, and the Minutes are the source for the text of each motion and amendment.
