Hello, Judges!

On behalf of the Northeast US region, Gil Medeiros, and Rick Salamin, I’m pleased to announce that our Winter Judge Conference will be held on December 10, 2017, in Hartford, CT!

Getting a date and a venue has been especially difficult this year. I’d like to especially thank Gil Medeiros for his enthusiasm and persistence so far, which has really been essential in making this event possible. He’ll be joined by Rick Salamin as the organizers of this conference, and they’re already both hard at work preparing a great schedule for us!

We are looking for presenters. If you are interested in presenting or leading a discussion topic, please send a short proposal to us at nejudgeconference@gmail.com, including what your presentation is about, and any experience you have presenting it in the past.

We may also need volunteer judges to act as “Room Leads”, assisting with the logistics of each individual room, introducing the presenters, and helping everything go smoothly, and to help with Level 1 testing.

And of course, if you want to attend, make sure to sign up on JudgeApps! There is a limited time to sign up to receive foils, and there may also be limited space. Please help us plan effectively by signing up for the event promptly, and notifying us as soon as possible if your plans change and you can no longer attend.
