This is day nine of our efforts to highlight the exemplary things Northeast judges have done! Today I am proud to bring you Charles Featherer!

Charles received an astounding 13 recommendations in Wave 4. As a level 1 judge, with relatively few large, multi-judge events under his belt, he has been nothing short of a whirlwind; receiving recommendations from across the world, for many many different reasons. Charles has written some excellent pieces online, such as “A Love Note for Newer L1s and Judge Candidates” which has garnered global attention. He has been very vocal in all aspects of social media, bringing his views and perspective to a wide audience. Charles helped restart the Judge Booklet project, and made sure to do everything he could to try to continue the old project without reinventing the wheel. At events, his exuberance inspires those around him. In short, Charles is incredibly passionate and is an inspiration to all around him!
