Hi, everybody! My name is Jeremy Fain. This is my first Exemplar Highlight, and one I’m super excited to share with you. It comes all the way from Las Vegas-based John Hornberg. In this recognition, John brings to our attention Megan Holden’s excellent performance while being interviewed for the Exemplar Highlights project.

Projects are an excellent way to become involved with the community — they have impact beyond your immediate area, and can put you in close working quarters with lots of dedicated judges. The Exemplar Project is a fun and rewarding way to engage with judges you might not always work with at events, and can really showcase your ability to pinpoint exactly what it is about a recognition that makes a judge truly stand out. It can even help you to improve how your write your own recognitions!
