As you all know, this leadership structure is brand new and we have hit a few bumps along the way. Because of this, we have become a bit creative.
There were a number of quality applicants for our lead positions. There were also no applicants for any of the Nevada leads. Instead of leaving those slots empty and putting the extra work on our Coordinators, I decided to fill them with people who applied for leads in other parts of the region. This will mean a little extra work for these folks since they are not already part of the Nevada community. It will also mean some extra communication on everyone’s part. I am really excited to see what this first group of SW leadership can do under our new structure.
