Our goal is to make our interactions with players more positive, and bring a focus on how the players experience our events.
For Battle for Zendikar we wrote an article you should check out about how to improve the prerelease experience and gather feedback. As part of that article we produced some printed guides to help out your prerelease, an announcement helper and a postable leaflet that players can refer to.
We have an updated set for Oath of the Gatewatch, with a specific focus on 2HG.
