Welcome to another dispatch from the Customer Service project.

Our goal is to make our interactions with players more positive, and bring a focus on how the players experience our events.

For Battle for Zendikar and Oath of the Gatewatch we produced some announcement helpers and leaflets, and we are back with another set.

For the Shadows over Innistrad prerelease, our focus is on rules – this is the most complicated set rules-wise in quite some time, and it  has a lot of things your players are going to have questions about.  We have answers!
