Investigating: The Role of the Floor Judge

It would be easy to believe that investigating is the exclusive prerogative of the Head Judge. That’s not an uncommon way of thinking. It’s not unreasonable either. However, such a belief can be detrimental to the quality of an investigation.   Let’s state it bluntly: Without Floor Judges, there would be no Investigations.
