During a ruling, body language is definitely important. As the article states, the same ruling can be accepted or appealed right away just because the body language of the judge delivering it was different.

Everybody makes mistakes, everybody might have something important in mind when they goes to a table to give a ruling, but one should always pay attention to the way they give it, so players are happy with the intervention.
