Agustin Mopty (Argentina) has been promoted to Level 3 at Grand Prix London 2018. His Regional Coordinator, Adrian Estoup wrote some words for him:
[cets_callout_box style=’gray’ align=’full’ title=’Adrian Estoup’]Agustín had a rapid development in the Latin American community of judges. From the beginning, he was one of the judges most involved in the program, inside the tournaments, showing that no matter what level you are if you are using the black shirt, you can be involved in complicated investigations and help the HJ with their work, your opinion and POV is always helpfull. Outside of the tournaments, his work in the Latin American blog, coordinating all the members of the team, was fundamental to make the project one of the most important, providing useful information to each of the Spanish-speaking judges.
I remember GP Costa Rica, although Agustín was acquiring experience in previous tournaments, on Friday he receive an non expected info, I had to tell him that it would be HJ on Sunday since some judges canceled his travel at last moment. While he was somewhat nervous, this was not a problem for him from preparing and completing all the tasks on Sunday, being one of the best preparations of a TL I can remember, coordinating all the task with the HJ and the other TLs.
Agustin’s development was natural, it was not a question of knowing how he would become L3, but rather when he would do it since it was clear to all that he would succeed sooner or later. The wait is over, congratulations on your new level![/cets_callout_box]
