John Eriksson (Finland) has been promoted to Level 3 at GP Bologna. John’s Regional Coordinator, Johanna Virtanen wrote a few words for him:

When I first met John, he was a store manager at Finland’s biggest game shop chain, which makes him a customer service professional. John tested for Level 1 in 2012 (and got a perfect score), and he very quickly became one of the pillars of the Finnish judging community. John’s native language is Swedish, which means that it was easy for him to connect with the community in Sweden as well. Customer service is still his area of expertise in the program, and he has presented several popular seminars on the subject. John was a natural choice for the Finnish area captain role. His promotion will allow him to take an even more active role in developing the Finnish community and the whole Nordic region.
