Vinicius Quaiato (Brazil) has been promoted to Level 3 at GP Santiago. Vinicius’s Regional Coordinator, Cristiana Dionisio, together with the Level 3s in the region, wrote some words for him:

Since his arrival at the judge program in Brazil, Vinicius has been pouring out energy and enthusiasm. He quickly started to look for tasks to help, and by supporting projects like the Brazilian Judges Blog, being a voice of mature and drama-less contribution, in no time he was able to make a powerful and lasting impression not only in his local community, but also in the whole region. He has been and still is one of Thales’, (former RC) closest friends in the program, and a great support in times that he needed the most.

When I became RC of Brazil, Vinicius immediately stepped up to help, support, be a team and leaders together to make Brazil better and better. I’m sure that the new level is less a gift for him than it is for the whole Judge Program, and I know that he will reach even greater goals in his life.

I’m proud to be able to celebrate this day with you, Vinicius! Congratulations!
