Anna will be a great asset among the Italian and International L3 groups. She has a friendly and extrovert character that makes her a natural leader. She is not afraid to speak in public, share her ideas and disagree with the majority.
When she is leading projects she is confident and has vision. She is currently taking care of organization of conferences in Italy and she always provides positive contributions both in the content and in the logistical parts. She has no problem in working in a team, actually her presence is always positive. Anna has a huge understanding of the judge program and organized play and she is eager to ask, to know, to learn in order to teach that knowledge back to less expert judges. The conferences she organizes always include the latest changes, philosophy behind the changes and workshops to teach others. It is an immense pleasure for me to welcome and congratulate Anna, my friend, colleague and newest Italian L3!
