If you cast a creature with tribute, your opponent chooses whether to pay tribute right before that creature enters the battlefield, so evolve abilities will trigger based on your tribute creature's bigger size.

Bestowing a card will trigger Ruric Thar.
Ruric That may be confused by the gods, but he knows an aura when he sees it. A bestowed card will always trigger Ruric Thar when you cast it!
Remember to untap before you draw (because Inspired matters).
Untapping BEFORE you draw has become especially important with the inspired mechanic. You'll have to deal with that trigger before you know what you're drawing this turn.
