Myr Superion is a new 5/6 creature from New Phyexia that only costs two generic mana to play. Well, its not that simple. Myr Superion has a restriction on what mana you can use to pay when you cast it. You can only spend mana that has been generated by creatures to pay this cost.
So what does work? The obvious answer is that you can use the mana from an activated ability from a mana myr, like Gold Myr or the mana from a Llanowar Elves to generate the mana necessary to play this spell. But activated abilities are not the only possibility. You can use the mana from the enters the battlefield triggered ability of a Priest of Urabrask to pay for a Myr Superion as well. This works because the Priest is the source of the ability, and therefore this is mana produced by a creature.
Finally, there is a way to cast Myr Superion without paying any mana at all. A Semblance Anvil with a creature card imprinted on it will lower the cost of all creature spells you cast by two. As Myr Superion only costs two mana to begin with so you can play the Superion without paying any mana. This gets around the Superion’s restriction as you are not paying any mana to cast it.
