Angelic Destiny has a triggered ability that causes Angelic Destiny to return to your hand when the creature that it was enchanting goes to the graveyard (or, using the new keyword dies.) It is important to note that this only happens once the Angelic Destiny is in play. If the Angelic Destiny is a spell on the stack, and the creature that this spell is targeting is destroyed at that point, then the Angelic Destiny will not be returned to your hand. In this situation, the Angelic Destiny is countered on resolution and it will go to the graveyard and stay there.
