Predatory Rampage makes all of your opponent’s creatures block if able. How does that wok with a single attacker? Easy enough, all of their creatures that CAN block it, must block it. Now, we’ll suppose you have a creature with Deathtouch. Deathtouch makes any nonzero amount of damage lethal. So say you did this with Acidic Slime. It now has 5 power, so it can take 5 blockers with it.

Just be sure you only attack with the single creature if you want this to work. If you attack with the Acidic Slime and a Beast token, the savvy opponent can choose to block only the Beast with all his creatures, and the Slime will remain unblocked (and unable to kill any of his creatures). Predatory Rampage says that all his creatures have to block if able, but doesn’t say that all your attackers have to be blocked.

Lastly, don’t confuse this with Overrun. Your creatures get +3/+3, but they DON’T get trample!
