Some of you Grixis-Vampire slingers might be sad to learn this one, but Jeleva doesn’t really like to wear the clothes or listen to the music or cast the spells she USED to. Once Jeleva leaves the field for whatever reason (bounced, sent back to the Command zone, what have you), all the cards she exiled are ‘lost’. When you play her again, the game treats her as a new object with no memory of, nor relation to, her previous self. It might be the same physical card, but to the game it’s a new object, so she doesn’t get access to the cards her ‘old self’ exiled!

What I recommend is that whenever Jeleva comes down and exiles stuff, everyone should set the cards she exiled off to the side, away from their other exiled cards. Once she leaves the field, go ahead and put them with ‘the rest’, and repeat as necessary. It makes it very easy to keep track of which spells she can cast, and which are just gone!
